After an unsuccessful partnership with my previous auto shop. I wanted to create my own shop. I was 23 that time.

I started this off as a dream, A dream to build a shop that serves our clients from the heart and to the best of our abilities 💯

It was a rocky road putting this all together, facing a lot of setbacks and challenges.

Fast forward to April 28, 2023 (I'm at 25 during this time) I opened Ghost Autoworks providing only Autobody works and Insurance claims, now we have expanded our services and planning to be your one-stop shop in the future.

BEHIND THE BRAND

Why is it called Ghost Autoworks?

There's couple of reasons behind the Ghost name

First I read the quote...

"Become a Ghost, if you really want to be successful you must be prepared to disappear for a while do the work and then comeback when you are ready to show the results"

and it was one of the lowest points in my life and I needed to be a Ghost to pick myself up and build myself back up again

Second I always wanted to stand out. I didn't want to be the same as the other shops with generic or similar names. I want the name to stick in your mind and you have to think about it plus it's a great way for us to start a conversation 😁

Lastly, I wanted a white-themed shop, I have a background in video and design so I wanted something unique that is fun to brand and is cool too 😅

OUR TEAM

Kaizen 改善 - Continuous Improvement

This Japanese concept of Kaizen is instilled in us. My team is composed of highly skilled workers, each has their special field and years of experience, some even worked at casa shops before.

Granted we are not the Perfect Shop, not all transactions are as smooth as we wanted but we always strive to learn, improve and be transparent with our services

What I always say to my team is that we don’t need to be perfect and we all make mistakes but the important takeaway is we learn from them and improve. ✨
